Playground Communication Board

This playground communication board at Haynes helps both typical and language disabled children communicate effectively which serves as a wonderful tool for accessibility and inclusion for all students.  The boards work in that a child/person points to a symbol(s) to ask for, talk about, or direct activities on the playground. This communication board encourages interactions and is a tool for more inclusivity amongst students of differing profiles. Verbal communicators are still encouraged to use the board to help improve message clarity and comprehension.
